Since 2020, I have been a dramaturg at The Civilians, a Brooklyn-based investigative theater company, first as Literary Associate, now as Resident Dramaturg. Here, I lead our writers group, the R&D Group, collaborate with the artistic team to curate and dramaturg the current theater season, and identify new artists for consideration. Past projects include Russian Troll Farm, What You Are Now, Sex Variants of 1941, and The Unbelieving.

At The Public Theater

From 2017 - 2019, I was a dramaturg in the New Work Development department of The Public and worked on nearly every show that passed through the department, including Ain't No Mo', Disney's Hercules, For Colored Girls..., Wild Goose Dreams, and Cullud Wattah, as well as several shows still in progress. I also assisted the Emerging Writers Group from the selection process, through notes sessions, to final readings.
